This leadership role combines strategic oversight, team accountability, and direct sales efforts to achieve agency goals. Youll analyze data to identify growth opportunities, ensure customer retention through personalized interactions, and mentor your team to reach new levels of performance. With up to $120k in earning potential (including commission), this is a rewarding opportunity to grow your career, lead a team, and make a meaningful impact in the community. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet agency objectives. Hold the team accountable for hitting sales goals through coaching, regular check-ins, and performance tracking. Analyze sales data to identify trends, set benchmarks, and recommend adjustments. Enhance customer retention by meeting with existing clients to uncover evolving needs and recommend solutions. Train and onboard new team members, creating streamlined processes to ensure their success. Build and nurture client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Actively sell insurance products to meet individual and team sales targets. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues to maintain a high standard of service. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or a related field. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals consistently. Strong leadership, accountability, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to drive decisions. Experience in training and process development is highly valued. Active state insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them promptly). This is a remote position.
