strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve
corporate objectives for products and services. Develops and
manages sales/marketing operating budgets. Prepares periodic sales
report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed
client base expansion. Reviews and analyzes sales performances
against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Contribute towards the achievement of companys strategic and
operational objectives. Timely collection of outstanding payment
from all vendors Make sure that no payment is outstanding for more
than 30 / 60 / 90 days. Communicates any changes in the order or
delivery date to relevant parties. Establishes and maintains
relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales
distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with
maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Achieves satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards
and industry and economic trends. Play a significant role in
long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward
operational excellence. Monitors competitor products, sales
activities. Any other job that has been assigned from time to time.
Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration
Prior experience in FMCG Sales is preferred. Exceptional
negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong
analytical abilities with a focus on strategic planning and
