Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 commission based Responsibilities: Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Meet with motivated buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals Consistently follow up and stay top of mind with clients using our proven systems Deliver 5-star service that turns first-time clients into lifelong fans and referrers Host dynamic open houses and convert hot leads (we give them to you!)
