aspects of fulfilling clients request for replacement parts.
Maintain strong customer relationships, providing the experience of
Refrigeration Excellence. Demonstrate our core values to promote
growth and sustainability for the company. Responsibilities: Retain
and Expand Existing Client Relationships to Create Sales
Opportunities. Identify New Opportunities and Develop Region.
Provide Sales Quotes, Issue Purchase Orders, and Approve Billings
for Parts Requests. Achieve Target sales goals. Maintain High
Customer Service Experience Levels. Maintain good Relationships
with Vendors. Provide Technical Assistance to Customers and Service
Team, as necessary. Travel to Meet Onsite with Clients in Your
Region. Other duties as assigned. Continuously Improve and Update
Product Knowledge by Participating in Educational Opportunities and
Professional Organizations. Requirements: Knowledge of ammonia
parts and equipment manufacturers Technically minded and a Critical
thinker Willing to make onsite customer visits Excellent written
and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize workload
Excellent organizational skills Team player with positive
attitude
