today! Compensation: $45,000 - $68,500 yearly Responsibilities:
Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so
they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround Prospect
potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of
communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and
produce more qualified leads Track performance goals and key sales
metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals
are achieved Maintain the client database to make sure the sales
team can access current information on all leads Seek out new
business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand
clientele Engage with potential clients through phone calls and
emails to introduce our services, build relationships, and close
sales Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for
reaching sales targets and expanding our customer base Utilize our
CRM system to track interactions, follow up on leads, and ensure
accurate record-keeping Participate in team meetings to share
insights, discuss challenges, and celebrate successes Stay informed
about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable
insights to the team Assist in creating and delivering compelling
sales presentations that highlight our unique value proposition
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing exceptional
service and fostering trust and loyalty Qualifications: Working
knowledge of the sales process and CRM software 2 years of
experience in sales or a similar role Current U.S. driver’s license
and the ability to travel by car High school diploma required,
bachelor’s degree preferred Strong time management skills,
communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal
skills Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and
through email, building rapport with potential clients Familiarity
with CRM systems for tracking interactions and managing leads
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the sales team
and contribute to strategy development Ability to quickly learn and
adapt to new industry trends and competitor activities Exceptional
organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
