Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner. Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Craftsmen, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
