anOutsideSales Executive, you will serve as the trusted partner and
primary contact for a curated portfolio of design-driven clients
across an assigned territory outside of Avenue Road Dallas local
market. This role is highly relationship-led and field-focused,
with a strong emphasis on in-person engagement, market development,
and long-term client cultivation. You will spend time on the road
meeting with leading designers, architects, and private clients in
their studios, offices and project sites acting as a brand
ambassador and design advisor within your territory. Through a
consultative, concierge-style approach, you will support clients
creative visions while driving sustainable, long-term growth for
the business. Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor and main
point of contact for a portfolio of clients in the AD, hospitality,
commercial, and high-end residential sectors Build deep,
long-standing client relationships through attentive communication,
product expertise, and personalized service Offer tailored product
recommendations and curated solutions that support the clients
design vision, project requirements, and lifestyle needs Identify
and pursue new business opportunities, while nurturing existing
relationships to ensure continued engagement and loyalty Conduct
regular in-person client visits, showroom walkthroughs, and project
consultations with a focus on experience and service Partner with
client experience, logistics, and client success teams to ensure
seamless project execution and elevated service at every stage
Maintain detailed knowledge of product lines and customization
capabilities through vendor and internal trainings Collaborate with
Sales Director on strategy, client engagement plans, and
performance goals Represent Avenue Road at trade shows, design
events, and industry functions to expand network and promote brand
visibility Accurately maintain sales activities, client
interactions, and pipeline tracking through CRM systems Prepare
polished client proposals, quotes, and presentations that reflect
the high standards of Avenue Road Competencies A refined,
service-first mindset with exceptional communication, presentation,
and interpersonal skills Passion for design, craftsmanship, and
curating beautiful spaces; ability to confidently advise on
high-value furnishings Strong organizational skills and the ability
to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously A proven
ability to build trust-based relationships with high-profile
clients and discerning decision-makers Requirements 5 years of
experience in sales or account management within the luxury goods,
furniture, or interior design industry Experience working within a
project-based or consultative sales environment, with strong
attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook,
Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems or SAP is a
strong asset Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle; regular
in-person client visits are required Occasional travel for vendor
meetings, trade events, or internal team gatherings may be required
