Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: Up to $85,000 for qualified candidates depending on experience.
  
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for qualified candidates depending on experience.
  
• Guarantee Pay: $3,000 bi-weekly for CDL-A Route Drivers with experience
  
• Training available to drivers with a commercial license who need more road time.--
  
• Many route options available including a traveling driver option with premium pay.
  
• Shuttle, yard drivers, linehaul and part-time are also available.

  About the Job:
  
  
  • Operate a tractor trailer to convey products to customer sites.--
    
  • Unload and place all products in customer-designated food-safe storage areas.--
    
  • Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.--
    
  • Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products. --
    
  • Lift and move product and pallets up to 75 pounds.--

      Qualifications:
      
      
      • At least 21 years of age.
        
      • Have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A, B, or C) with a clean driving record.
        
      • Recent CDL graduate drivers.
        
      • Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
