Job Description:
Enhance, create, develops and deploy learning courses, training
modules and support materials to improve the training and the lives
of Customer facing personel. Provide guidance to training staff and
shares expertise in the development and use of learning
methodologies for course design and delivery. ACCOUNTABILITIES &
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS --- - - -Plan, design, and deliver learning
strategies based on a blended-learning strategy. --- - - -Instruct
adult learners. --- - - -Evaluate instructional programs, course
content, and instructional methodologies --- - - -Analyze learning
objectives against program requirements, and coordinate data
gathering and processing for various levels of evaluation and
assessment. --- - - -Develop job aides for users, subject matter
experts, and instructors who may be new to the targeted technology.
--- - - -Develop and maintain content and Lesson Plans. --- - -
-Create and deploy Learning Plans through Mouser's Learning
Management System. --- - - -Develop courses and enhance the
curriculum by implementing technology and other learning tools ---
- - -Work closely with peers, employees, and company executives to
come up with interactive tools to aid learning initiatives. --- - -
-research new technologies and review current courses to determine
the best ways to optimize the learning process. --- - -
-responsible for tracking the progress of their course designs by
visiting classrooms or employee training sessions. --- - - -Define
and document learning objectives. --- - - -Conduct research and
collaborate with subject experts. --- - - -Create instructional
material, courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals.
--- - - -Design content to optimize learning. --- - - -Generate the
layout of the learning supports. --- - - -Redesign content to
ensure it matches the learner's needs. --- - - -Create visual,
audio and interactive learning tools. --- - - -Enter

CERTIFICATIONS --- - - -Graphic design knowledge --- - -
-Fundamental understanding of HTML --- - - -Training and teaching
skills --- - - -High level of proficiency with MS Office products
(Word, PowerPoint, Excel). --- - - -Strong writing and editing
skills. --- - - -Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively
with technical staff. --- - - -Knowledge of Photoshop, Microsoft
Office software and Dreamweaver --- - - -Audio and video editing
skills --- - - -Experience managing training projects and teaching
hands-on technology courses. --- - - -Experience developing
technical publications such as requirements specifications, user
manuals, technical manuals, training manuals, and other documents
for end users a plus Experience using graphics applications and
scripting languages including Photoshop, HTML, and JavaScript,
skorm files, Captivate, Storyline 360. . EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE ---
- - -Bachelor's Degree in Instruction Systems Design, Instructional
Technolgoy, Adult Learning, Curriculum Design or related field. In
lieu of a degree, 3 years as a - training adults in a business
environment or a higher-level position. In addition to the above
the following experience is required: --- - - -Internal candidates:
- Minimum 1 years as a highly performing Mouser training
specialist, other training role, or a higher-level position. --- -
- -External candidates: Minimum 2 years as a - specialist
responsible for training adults in a business environment - or a
higher-level position. --- - - -6+ years experience in critical job
functions of the team; can be combination of internal and external
