time to join Klein Tools! As a Senior Talent Acquisition
Specialist, you will be responsible for Company-wide talent
sourcing. Responsibilities include screening resumes, phone
screens, coordinating on-site interviews, attending job fairs and
partnering with local Human Resources team(s) and Hiring Manager(s)
to ensure the best possible experience for both candidate and the
organization's hiring teams. This position will play a key role in
supporting and assisting all Company locations.
- Follow standard recruiting and placement practices and
procedures.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure Applicant
Tracking System is accurate.
- Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volume of
candidates, administering pre-employment testing where applicable,
comparing qualifications to job requirements for exempt and
non-exempt roles.
- Target, pursue, meet and close top-performing candidates for
exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Schedule interviews with select hiring team. Perform timely
follow-up with hiring managers to evaluate and select candidates to
ensure recruiting metrics are met.
- Develop and recommend employment offers within pre-approved
budgetary parameters.
- Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Recruit well-qualified applicants from a variety of sources,
including cold calling, employee referrals, sourcing on Company
identified applicant tracking system, social media including
LinkedIn, other various Job Boards, and networking.
- Assist in running background checks and drug screens for
qualified candidates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of in-house
management and employee training programs which addresses the
Company's changing needs.
- Oversee state training grant paperwork.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational
opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining
personal networks and participating in professional and business
organizations.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related
business curriculum with three (3) to five (5) years of recruiting
experience required. A Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or a
Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is preferred along
with recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be
willing and able to travel at least three (3) days per month.
- Must have the ability to recruit at all levels and locations of
the Company from hourly manufacturing to executive level staff,
show knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations, and have a
clear understanding of the recruitment life cycle process.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
with a high level and passion for recruiting. Experience with
Application Tracking Software is preferred. Physical Demand
Requirements Occasionally required to stand, walk or sit; use hands
to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with
hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or
crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally
lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities
required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color
vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to
