In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with experienced managers to learn all aspects of operations—including distribution logistics, plant management, safety compliance, customer service, and team leadership. When you join our team, you'll enjoy: Structured, in-depth training and mentorship program Clear path of progression to Operations Manager Exposure to multiple departments and leadership across the company Competitive salary and benefits package Relocation opportunity and long-term career growth within Pinnacle Propane A team culture focused on support, development, and safety Essential Job Responsibilities Learn day-to-day propane plant operations, including inventory control, distribution, routing, and maintenance Shadow Operations Managers to understand how to lead teams, drive performance, and ensure safety protocols are followed Assist in coordinating deliveries, dispatch schedules, and customer service operations Support compliance with all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies Participate in data analysis and reporting to identify operational efficiencies Contribute to facility audits, inspections, and improvement projects Gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and expense management Train in managing field personnel, including hiring, onboarding, and scheduling Gradually take on supervisory responsibilities as confidence and experience grow Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Willingness to travel to different sites and relocate for advancement opportunities Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics or ERP systems is a plus Valid driver’s license required EEO Statement Pinnacle Propane, LLC is dedicated to employing and maintaining a diverse team.
