Brinks, a leader in secure logistics and security solutions globally, seeks a Sr. Director of Global Lean and Commercial Process Excellence to elevate operational standards across all markets. This senior leadership position leads our efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery through the implementation of lean methodologies and innovative process improvements. You will drive cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, directly contributing to our strategic objectives and upholding our legacy of security and excellence. Develop and implement global strategies for lean processes and commercial excellence. Lead international, cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategic goals. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all levels of the organization. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Collaborate with regional leaders to tailor processes that meet local needs while synchronizing with global standards. Manage budgets and forecasts related to process improvement projects, delivering efficiency and cost reduction. Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and initiatives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence stakeholders and lead change Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly preferred PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous
