Texas family law firm is hiring an Associate Attorney to join a
high-quality, litigation-forward team. You’ll handle matters from
consultation through resolution, with exposure to hearings,
mediations, depositions, and trial prep—supported by experienced
attorneys and strong internal resources. What you’ll do Manage a
family law caseload end-to-end (divorce, custody/SAPCR,
modifications/enforcements, support, property issues) Draft
pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs; conduct legal research
Participate in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial
preparation Maintain consistent client communication and provide
high-touch service Collaborate with support staff and work closely
with senior attorneys on strategy What they’re looking for
Texas-licensed attorney (good standing) Family law experience
preferred (litigation exposure a strong plus) Strong writing,
organization, and client-facing communication Professional,
