We are seeking a special person to assist with client intake and client communications. Compensation: $45,000 Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Weekend work possible (Approximately 3 hours per weekend) Process and respond to a high volume of potential client calls, inquiries, and requests Scheduling appointments with Potential New Clients Timely and accurate transfer of new case info/details to our system daily Coordinating all required client documentation and letters pertaining to the case sign-up Adhere to all Firm policies and procedures related to the Client Engagement Agreement Desired Skills & Experience Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail Strong knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, and the ability to quickly learn case management software Professional appearance and behavior Positive personality and desire to help others. Some marketing background preferred.
