Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We're seeking an experienced
Insurance Defense Legal Assistant to support 2-4 attorneys in a
stable, fully in?office role within a collaborative,
work/life?balance?focused firm. The firm is located near the
Galleria in north Dallas. Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$70,000-$85,000 DOE Bonus: Discretionary year?end bonus Medical,

parking Business?casual environment Key Responsibilities Organize
and manage litigation files with accuracy Draft pleadings,
discovery, correspondence, and transmittal letters Handle
electronic filing/e?service Assist with hearing and deposition
preparation Maintain thorough, well?organized case documentation
Work independently with minimal supervision Required Qualifications
Current insurance defense experience (must?have) 4 years of
litigation support experience in a Texas law firm Strong written
and verbal communication skills High proficiency in MS Office ;
excellent document?naming and organizational habits Ability to
multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in high?pressure
situations Strong attention to detail, follow?through, and
