As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Immigration Attorney for our Fort Worth office who will play a key role in supporting clients and growing with the firm. About the Role This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about immigration law and committed to helping individuals and businesses remain and flourish in the United States. You will collaborate closely with the managing attorney, work daily with a paralegal and an office clerk, and manage your own caseload with the support of a small but highly dedicated team. This position is intentionally structured to support attorneys who are ready to step into the role with confidence from day one, as well as those who are eager to learn and grow into a Lead Attorney role with mentorship, training, and increasing responsibility over time. Responsibilities Case Representation Represent non-detained and detained individuals before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Prepare legal briefs, motions, and filings for a variety of immigration matters. Develop case strategy and prepare clients and witnesses for testimony. Client Engagement and Consultations Conduct consultations and explain immigration concepts in clear, practical terms. Present strategic solutions to potential and existing clients. Visit detention centers to meet, interview, and assess detained individuals. Case and Workflow Management Manage a full caseload with attention to accuracy and deadlines. Review immigration application packets and make necessary adjustments. Maintain timely and organized communication with clients throughout their matters. Team Leadership and Collaboration Assign work to the paralegal and office clerk and provide appropriate supervision. Oversee preparation of immigration applications including removal defense, family-based petitions, and business immigration filings. Collaborate with the managing attorney and broader firm team to support firm goals and client service standards. Requirements Licensed to practice law in the United States and in good standing Immigration law experience preferred, candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered based on skill set, readiness, and growth potential Fluent in English and Spanish Strong professional writing skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, OneDrive, and Outlook Comfortable engaging with clients and government officials Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable High-level interpersonal skills and a sincere interest in helping others Desire to grow professionally and excel as an immigration attorney About You You value collaboration and contribute positively to a team environment.
