Job Description:
Infosys is seeking a Data Operations Lead. In this role, you
will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global
delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend
appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best
practices and standards. You will provide inputs for identifying
best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop
design of applications, provide regular support and guidance to
project teams on complex coding and issue resolution with the
objective of ensuring best-fit and high-quality technical solutions
within the area of technology specialization and in compliance with
guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. You will be part of a

Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting
distance of Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This
position may require travel within the US Bachelor’s degree or
foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will
also consider three years of progressive experience in the
specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 4 years of
experience with Information Technology Candidates authorized to

immigration sponsorship for this role at this time Senior Technical
Support Lead to run day-to-day L2/L3 operational support Own L2/L3
triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution for Azure,
Informatica, IDQ, EDC/EDC, and Axon issues (jobs, match/merge,
SIF/REST APIs, IDQ rules, lineage scans, Axon workflows) Operate
and support data quality rules (IDQ) and scorecards, track Data
Quality rules, and publish data quality KPIs Administer Axon
(governance glossary, workflows, approvals), EDC (lineage scans,
resource configs), and stewardship workflows Partner with Data
Stewards, Owners, and Custodians to resolve data issues,
duplicates, survivorship conflicts, and policy/standard breaches
Work with Data engineering team to remediate interface failures,
schema drifts, and data alignment issues Maintain operational
runbooks, SOPs, RACI, and knowledge base articles Need hands-on
with Informatica stack and strong in SQL Experience designing and
implementing complex solutions for distributed systems Experience
in leading and mentoring teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience
in Relational Modeling, Dimensional Modeling and Modeling of
Unstructured Data Familiarity with log and monitoring solutions
Experience in utilizing development containers, unit testing/code
quality review/linting - standard best practice Good understanding
of Agile software development frameworks Strong communication and
Analytical skills Ability to work in teams in a diverse,
multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology
teams Experience and desire to work in a global delivery
environment Experience with Generative AI frameworks: OpenAI,
Hugging Face, LangChain Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
or similar AI integration standards. Experience and detailed
knowledge with Master Data Management, ETL, Data Quality, metadata
management, data profiling, micro-batches, streaming data loads The
job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails
sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of
time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to
