This role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.Your Primary Responsibilities:Strategy and Planning:Develop change management strategies based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impactedCreate change management plans that outline the approach for communications, training, partner engagement, and resistance managementConsult and engage with senior leaders, managers, and supervisors to support changeCommunication:Develop and deliver communications that inform and engage partners at all levels of the organizationEnsure that relevant information is disseminated effectively and in a timely mannerTraining and Support:Coordinate with human resources and other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with the changeProvide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitionsImpact Analysis:Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key partnersEvaluate the effects of change on employees and ensure that any negative impacts are minimizedTrack and report on the progress of change initiatives, providing updates to partners and adjusting strategies as necessaryUse feedback mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of change management activitiesContinuous Improvement:Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activitiesAssess the change impact and manage change readiness and adoption**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **Qualifications:Minimum 6 years of related experienceBachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experienceTalents Needed For Success:Minimum 5 years in leading service excellence and organizational change management within IT governance and process improvement domainsDemonstrated ability to design and implement IT governance frameworks and process optimization strategies that drive service excellenceProven track record of managing and executing large-scale change initiatives, ensuring alignment with IT governance standards and business objectivesStrong leadership skills with experience in guiding cross-functional teams through transformational changes in IT processes and governanceExcellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence partners at all levels, including executive leadershipStrategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement, adept at finding opportunities for enhancing IT service delivery and governance practicesResilient and adaptable, capable of navigating complex change scenarios and maintaining service excellence during transitionsWe offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organization!The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
