Touchstone Communities is looking for a Workforce/Staffing Manager to join our Human Resources and Talent Management team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of staffing initiatives that support the overall mission and operational needs. This includes overseeing the recruitment process, workforce planning, and employee retention strategies. Develop and implement comprehensive staffing strategies to meet healthcare needs. Manage the recruitment process to attract high-quality candidates. Conduct workforce planning and analysis to predict staffing needs. Coordinate with department leaders to assess staffing requirements and fill gaps. Implement staff retention programs and professional development. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and industry regulations. Strong organizational and leadership skills Proficient in human resources management systems and software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze data and provide insights Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution Experience in healthcare recruitment and staffing 401k PHR or SPHR certification (preferred) Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or similar certification (desired)
