Design Ownership: Design HVAC systems from concept through construction Develop detailed models using Revit and related design software Produce coordinated construction documents ???? Engineering Expertise: Perform load calculations (TRACE / HAP) Select equipment and define system performance Contribute to energy-efficient, high-performance building systems ???? Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams Serve as a technical resource and client-facing contributor Ensure seamless integration across disciplines ???? Field & Project Involvement: Participate in site observations Review submittals and manage RFIs See your designs come to life in the field ???? What You Bring: 2-7 years of HVAC design experience (AEC industry preferred) Proficiency in Revit and HVAC load calculation software (TRACE/HAP) Strong understanding of mechanical building systems Clear, proactive communication style Consultant mindset with a focus on client service and teamwork ????
