Job Description:
Cox Automotive, a leader in providing integrated automotive
solutions, is seeking a Manager for Vehicle Services Training to
lead and enhance training programs that support the automotive
operations at car manufacturers, dealerships, and consumer outlets.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing
comprehensive training strategies, managing training teams, and
collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with
industry standards and operational goals. You will play a crucial
role in enhancing workforce capabilities and ensuring that our
training programs meet the evolving needs of the automotive
industry. Develop and execute training strategies tailored for
automotive operations. Manage and evaluate training personnel and
resources to ensure effectiveness. Collaborate with internal and
external stakeholders to align training with business goals.
Monitor industry trends and integrate new teaching technologies and
methodologies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
within the automotive training programs. Measure the impact of
training programs on employee performance and operational
efficiency. Proven ability to design and implement effective
training programs. Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Deep
understanding of the automotive industry’s standards and
challenges. Capability to adapt to new technologies and learning
