Must-Have Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree Active membership
in the State Bar of Texas Minimum 5 years of relevant legal
experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability
to manage high-volume caseloads Strong problem-solving,
organizational, and time management skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience in foreclosure and/or eviction law Ability to work
