Job Description:
The customer service coordinator is responsible for providing
quality and efficient customer service to customers through the
daily management of a team of employees to include motivating,
coaching, training, and problem solving. Additionally, the position
is responsible for assisting the manager with development, analyses
and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling and
reward/recognition programs. Provides daily direction and
communication to employees so that customer service calls are
answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.Provides
continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for
suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency and
service to both internal and external customers.Provides
statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular
basis to each team member.Ensures employees have appropriate
training and other resources to perform their jobs.Creates and
maintains a high-quality work environment so team members are
motivated to perform at their highest level.Addresses disciplinary
and/or performance problems according to company policy.Prepares
warnings and communicates effectively with employees on warnings
and makes effective/appropriate decisions relative to corrective
action as required.Works as a member/leader of special or ongoing
projects that are important to area/process improvement.Establishes
work procedures and processes that support the company and
departmental standards, procedures and strategic directives.Uses
appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department
or employee concerns.Act as a customer service representative
if/when needed.Education Required: HS AAS BS/BA Masters

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Business/Technical Skills Required:
Willingness to manage and communicate companies goals and values.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and
organizational skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive,
eager to learn. Proven customer support and performance management
experience. Strong phone contact handling and active listening
skills. Problem solving and analysis abilities.--Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point. Previous experience
with ERP or accounting software. Familiar with CRM systems and
practices. Behavioral Skills Required Lead by example and engage
the team to accomplish goals. May occasionally need to lift and
move files up to 25 lbs. Ability to identify colors accurately and
read small print. Promote a sense of urgency. Have a good
temperament to handle disputes and emergencies. Ability to work
well with teammates and other departments in a continually changing
environment. People oriented. Future Expectations/Professional
Career Path Continue to put forward suggested changes to team,
system, methods and/or maintain expertise for company products
Potentially move to the next level as position matures.
