This role requires a blend of healthcare knowledge, managerial skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. Oversee the daily operations of the dialysis facility Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation Develop strategies for improving efficiency and patient care Handle facility finances, including budgeting and financial reporting Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to maintain treatment standards Address patient and family concerns and ensure patient satisfaction Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Proficient in using medical management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nephrology Administrator (CNA) preferred State appropriate licensure if required
