In this role, you will focus on helping children develop, recover, improve, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and working through therapeutic techniques. Our goal is to enhance patient outcomes by delivering personalized care plans that cater to the individual needs of each child. Evaluate children's skills and needs related to fine motor, sensory, cognitive, and physical development Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies to facilitate children's participation in daily activities Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to support a holistic care approach Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary Provide guidance and education to families about home strategies and adaptations Strong understanding of pediatric developmental milestones Ability to design creative and engaging treatment plans Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment safely Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) CPR certification
