Job Description:
Methodist Health System is looking for a dedicated and
experienced ICU/CVICU Registered Nurse to join our vibrant team in

conditions. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to
patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
utilizing computerized documentation systems. Assist in the
development and implementation of care plans. Perform all tasks
with a patient-centered focus while seeking opportunities for
improvement of processes and treatments. Advocate for patients’ and
caregivers’ needs, or provide health education to patients and
their families. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in
using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas or a compact state BLS
certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification
