Administer medications and treatments to patients and monitor their effects. Record patients' medical histories and observe their symptoms. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and preventive care. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal nursing practices. Participate in professional development and nursing research to stay abreast of medical advancements. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently Ability to handle stress and make decisions in emergency situations Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
