Job Description:

Duty Nurse for night shifts to join our team. This position focuses
on providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes,
ensuring their comfort and contributing to their overall
well-being. The role demands a commitment to Aveanna Healthcare's
mission of helping patients achieve their highest potential at
home. Provide direct, individualized nursing care to patients based
on the care plan. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and
quickly address any emergencies. Update patient health records and
communicate with family members and other healthcare professionals
regarding the patient’s condition. Educate patients and their
families on disease processes, medical procedures, and other
aspects of therapeutic regimens in a supportive and compassionate
manner. Ensure the consistent delivery of care according to
licensure guidelines and compliance with all applicable policies
and regulations. Proficient in clinical nursing skills and
emergency response. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary
team. Detail-oriented and capable of comprehensive documentation.
