76028 Job Description: - Completes nutrition-focused physical
assessments, takes measurements, reviews medical records, collects
data via interviews, and evaluates anthropometric status. -
Evaluates assessment data to identify nutrition risks, nutrition
problems, criteria consistent with malnutrition, knowledge
deficits, and high-risk health behaviors. - Offers nutrition
interventions, orders, education, counseling, and referrals to
other services. - May place feeding tubes or perform indirect
calorimetry studies. - Provides counseling and education using
evidence-based techniques that reflect appropriate health literacy
and cultural sensitivity to patients with disease processes
requiring nutritional management. The expertise and experiences
you’ll need to succeed: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's
(Required)Certified Dietitian (CD) - Accredited Issuing Body,
Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body,
Licensed Dietitian (LD) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered
Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay
