team with 4 physicians and 2 APPs at Texas Health Cleburne. Work
alongside our dedicated providers, committed to providing
patient-centered care in collaboration with all stakeholders in a

departments to achieve shared objectives. Qualifications: The
candidate must be board-certified/eligible. We accept internal and
family medicine trained physicians; FM candidates must have 2 years
of hospitalist experience. This position is now open to 2026
resident grads! ACLS certification is mandatory. Candidates must be
authorized to work in the United States. Practice in the Heart of
the Community Scheduling: 7 days on, 7 days off. 2 daytime
hospitalists during the day, 7 AM 7 PM, and nights are covered by
an APP. You will be on call for one week a month, rotating with the
other rounder. You do not need to come in while on call; it is a
requirement from the medical staff office. Key Responsibilities: We
measure outcomes with the AdventHealth Dashboard, developed in
collaboration with experts at the Society of Hospital Medicine. O/E
metrics are individualized to the patient based on documentation.

crucial role in fostering a positive and supportive working
environment, ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes.
