Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join
our patient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will work
under the supervision of our physical therapists to help patients
recover and improve their mobility and pain levels after injuries
or surgeries. Responsibilities include assisting with exercises,
providing therapeutic treatments, and recording patient progress.
Assist physical therapists in developing treatment plans and
therapy sessions. Help patients perform specific exercises as part
of the therapy plan. Use devices and equipment to assist patients
with their physical therapy routines. Monitor and document the
patient's progress and provide updates to the physical therapist.
Educate patients and their families about the therapy process and
maintenance exercises. Maintain a clean and organized work
environment to ensure patient safety. Adhere to all privacy,
health, and safety regulations at all times. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Ability to handle physical demands of
assisting patients Knowledge of therapeutic methods and practices
Proficient in using physical therapy equipment and tools High
