About the Role:

As a CBRE Digital & Technology Manager, you will work with a team of Product and engineering teams to drive strategic delivery.

This job is part of the Strategic Governance job function. They are responsible for providing governance to strategic priorities established by the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Drive technology delivery according to agreed milestone and timeline
• Collaborate with workstream leads to maintain delivery plan, proactively escalate risks in delivery
• Execute the organization's digital strategy and manage the digital roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure initiatives integrate with the company's technology infrastructure.
• Track and report the performance of department initiatives.
• Work with Deployment Lead on hand-off of Technology and product delivery dependencies related to onboarding and implementation.
• Lead by example and model behaviors tothers hat are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
• Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with to achieve team and departmental objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
• Document and proactively manage risks, issues, decisions to impacted technology solutions
  
  What You'll Need:
  
  
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, confluence etc.),
  • Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
