Description You will be the Industrial Engineering Associate
Manager for Lockheed Martin's Missiles & Fire Control Industrial
Engineering team. What You Will Be Doing As the Industrial
Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for managing
a team of industrial engineers in various activities aimed at
improving manufacturing performance. This involves implementation
of cost step-down strategies, span improvement, conducting capacity
assessments, efficiency calculations, trend analysis, work standard
measurements, production simulation & modeling, and production
floor layout optimization. The selected candidate will be a
balanced leader, with a strong technical background in data
analytics and manufacturing or production experience, while also
demonstrating soft skills for managing a team with a variety of
experience levels. Your responsibilities will include, but are not
limited to Mentor, coach, and develop the shop floor industrial
engineering team; identify skill gaps and create training plans.
Lead time?studies, work?measurement, line balancing, and
facility?layout redesigns to improve flow and reduce waste.
Facilitate regular capacity analyses for the site and for
program?specific requests, coordinating the team’s data collection,
modeling, and reporting to ensure timely, accurate capacity
forecasts. Lead continuous-improvement initiatives that reduce
waste in HPU and span to increase overall site productivity. Why

Requirements MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is at a
facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must
possess an active Secret clearance to start. Basic Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology,
Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
experience. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -
Experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or
production environment - Experience working with SAP or other
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. - Ability to obtain a
secret security clearance. Desired skills - Master's degree in a
related discipline. - Experience leading or supervising
Industrial/Manufacturing Engineers. - Knowledge of Lockheed Martin
manufacturing systems and processes. - Experience in industrial
engineering principles, including facility layout, capacity
analysis, simulation modeling, and process optimization -
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process
improvement tools; Green belt or higher certification - Experience
with implementing technical solutions (simulations, dashboards,
robotics, automation, etc.) in manufacturing. - Proven ability to
balance technical expertise with effective leadership and soft

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated

incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $109,200 - $189,290. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
