Description Position at RSI Route Service Representative Sani -Servant – a division of RSI Sani-Servant is a locally owned and operated company providing service and sales to the hospitality industry. Town Shares Program Take ownership of your career and share in our company’s success! Responsibilities Include: Run monthly scheduled stops. Ensure vehicle stocked with all necessary equipment and clean and organized. Manage customer inventory. Create invoices and service orders for customer records. Effectively communicate with management and work independently in a fluid environment without close supervision. Maintain existing accounts by providing excellent customer service. Communicate clearly and interact with existing customers on a professional level. Train and educate customers on procedures and equipment care. Educate customers on proper use of all products. Seek and cultivate new business for the growth of the company. Develop and grow product knowledge. Understand all products and their application. Learn the proper operation of all the equipment. Learn and understand the parts needed for service/repair. Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment. Respond to emergency break/fix scenarios. Work on-call duty rotation. Other tasks as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Strong mechanical aptitude request, previous service, repair, or maintenance experience a plus! Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be at least 18 years of age Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screening Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record Physical Requirements: Exert up to 150 pounds of force (pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying, etc.) regularly and up to 50-75 pounds of force frequently without assistance. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, twist, and grasp to perform essential job functions. Tolerate environmental conditions consisting of extreme heat, cold, noise, vibration, fumes, dust, and poor ventilation. RSI is an equal opportunity employer.
