We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our team in a busy medium-to heavy duty truck service and upfitting business. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who can balance strong technical skills with effective team management. Responsibilities: *Oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, and workflow *Supervise and support technicians, providing guidance, training and quality control *Maintain safety standards and compliance with company and industry regulations *Communicate with customers regarding repairs and job status *Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm overtime * Other duties as assigned Qualifications : *5 years in medium–to-heavy duty truck repair *Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment *Knowledge of P.T.O. & hydraulic systems, air compressors (Van Air brand is a plus), mobile truck cranes 3K-10K lbs. *Lift gates rebuild and install Benefits Competitive salary 401k with employer match Medical Dental Vision Retirement account Employer paid life insurance and short and long term disability PTO Paid Holidays Come join a great team!
