DFW Metroplex Job Summary RushCo Energy Specialists Inc., a leading mechanical contractor in the DFW Metroplex, is hiring experiencedCommercial / Industrial HVAC Service Technicians. This role is ideal for technicians skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining large commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain: Chillers:50-ton air-cooled to 2,000-ton water-cooled centrifugal Boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and related equipment Perform routine and emergency service work Work independently and be dispatched directly from home Maintain safety, professionalism, and quality on every job Qualifications 5 years commercial or industrial HVAC service experience preferred Strong knowledge of chiller systems and large mechanical equipment Valid drivers license and clean driving record Ability to work on-call as scheduled EPA certification required; state licenses a plus What We Offer Competitive pay with consistent overtime Overtime after 8 hours/dayanddouble time for on-call work 401(k) with100% company match up to 5% Health and life insurance Paid holidays and generous PTO Company vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and tools provided Tool replacement and purchase programs 40 hours of training per year, including manufacturer training Access to RushCos17 million BTU/hr chiller test stand Schedule Full-time Day shift with on-call rotation Work Location DFW Metroplex Dispatched from home Job Type: Full-time
