Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
school-based opportunity in Mesquite, TX, is seeking a bilingual
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) fluent in English and Spanish to
support students from kindergarten through fifth grade. This
itinerant role is part of a dedicated evaluation team helping to
identify and address speech and language needs within a K-12 school
district. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct speech and language
evaluations for students, primarily K-5 - Collaborate with
educators and support staff to develop individualized plans -
Maintain accurate reports and documentation using district
resources - Provide services at multiple campuses within the
district, with scheduled days onsite and the option for remote work
one day per week to complete reporting - Utilize district testing
materials and technology provided Qualifications and Experience: -
Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license - Bilingual
proficiency in English and Spanish is required - Experience working
with school-aged children preferred - Strong evaluation and
diagnostic skills - Ability to travel between campuses as an
itinerant provider - Excellent communication and organizational
skills Location: Mesquite, Texas Schedule: Up to 30 hours per week,
hybrid model with mostly onsite work and one day remote per week
Duration: Contract through the current school year ending late May
