The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing mechanic teams, optimizing workflow, and enhancing customer satisfaction in the automotive service industry. Oversee daily operations of the automotive service center ensuring high quality and timely service delivery. Manage, train, and recruit automotive technicians and support staff. Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability of the shop. Maintain stringent safety and quality control measures to reduce potential risks and defects. Communicate effectively with customers, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction. Prepare detailed reports on shop activities and finances for upper management. Keep track of industry trends and new technologies to propose upgrades and more efficient practices. Proven management and leadership skills in a workshop setting. Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in using industry standard software for inventory, scheduling, and database management. Ability to handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction.
