Representative to serve as the frontline connection between
AT&T and its customers, delivering clear communication,
personalized support, and a consistently exceptional experience. As
a Customer Service Representative, you’ll receive hands-on training
in AT&T’s product suite and engage directly with customers in
the field (residential campaign), resolving issues, building trust,
and enhancing their service experience. You'll work directly with
customers, not just solving problems, but building genuine
relationships and enhancing their overall experience with AT&T
services.
