Competitive compensation and benefits package. *Total Compensation: 200K *Healthcare Benefits *Bonus *Stock Options *ESOP Job Details We are seeking a Chief Estimator to lead a high-performing estimating team specializing in retaining wall solutions. This division operates as a subcontractor and focuses on large-scale projects with significant bid volume each month. We focus on single-family, multi-family, commercial, and some municipal projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all estimating activities for retaining wall projects, including concrete and MSE wall systems. Lead and mentor a growing team, fostering professional development and collaboration. Review and approve estimates to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability. Coordinate with project managers and clients to clarify scope and resolve technical questions. Implement best practices to streamline the bidding process and support continued growth. Qualifications: Experience in estimating for retaining walls, concrete structures, or MSE walls or similar experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage high-volume bids under tight deadlines.
