What’s yours? \n Position Overview \n The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are consistently met. This role leads, develops, and supports a production team of 5–30 employees, driving accountability through Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S principles. The position directly impacts operational excellence and continuous improvement within the department. \n What you'll do \n \n Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery requirements. \n Report daily production metrics, issues, and improvement actions to upper management. \n Ensure all employees follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols. \n Plan and adjust work assignments and production schedules to meet production demands. \n Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvement and waste reduction. \n Maintain compliance with 5S standards and promote visual management practices. \n Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions as needed. \n Conduct performance evaluations, attendance tracking, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy. \n All other duties as assigned \n \n Who you are \n \n Minimum of 5 years of recent experience as a Production Supervisor or in a comparable manufacturing leadership role. \n Demonstrated experience leading teams within a Lean or Six Sigma environment. \n Experience in high-volume or custom manufacturing (preferred). \n Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies and their practical application. \n Proficiency with ERP systems, production reporting, and Microsoft Office tools. \n Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate diverse teams. \n Ability to troubleshoot process issues and implement effective solutions in real time. \n Commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment. \n Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments. \n Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence. \n \n What's in it for you? \n \n Annual base salary range: starting at $55,000 \n Bonus target range: 10% \n Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability \n A company culture that prioritizes internal development and professional growth \n Time off with pay \n 401(k) plan with a degree of employer matching \n Paid parental leave \n Wellness programs and product discounts \n \n Please note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate’s education, experience, skills and potential.
