What You'll Do As a Tax Senior, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality tax services to a diverse client base. You'll work closely with partners and clients, providing strategic tax planning and compliance support. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns - Advise clients on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities - Conduct tax research and stay current with evolving regulations - Assist with tax provisions and ensure GAAP compliance - Respond to tax authority inquiries and provide audit support - Prepare financial statements and tax-related reports - Collaborate with clients on advisory matters, including high-net-worth individuals and various entity types (S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnerships) - Support state and international tax filings What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - CPA license (required) - 3-5 years of experience in public accounting - Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws - Experience with tax compliance for individuals and businesses - Excellent communication and client service skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines - Familiarity with financial reporting standards Why Join Us? - Work-Life Balance: No more 80-hour weeks.
